A wide reaching campaign, targeted at changing the culture surrounding health and safety at City Care. The main challenge identified was how to create engaging content relating to all employees and positions across the business.
We identified a key motivator in each employee is the idea of the weekend, and relating how people approach workplace safety during their working day and how it can affect them out of work. Using simple imagery and messaging we created a series of posters, which challenge employees to think about what they are doing at work and how not doing it safely could impact their weekend.
