Right from the start, we sought to get involved in the day-to-day operation of Winstanley Kerridge. We held workshops and talked strategy, rather than just designing brand assets for them. Our integrated approach, which revolves around client collaboration, had us working as partners essentially.
This was a delicate and significant process. We led the firm through the transformation from Winstanley Kerridge to WK.
The trick was to simultaneously reinforce the firm’s profile as the leading accounting firm in Marlborough and overhaul the brand to create a relaxed but professional tone. It was a brand transformation that has positioned WK as a group of approachable, real people – your accounting partner and business advisor.
WK’s people are front and centre in its marketing. Images featuring WK people in the field with clients portrays them as loyal business partners, who are keen to help and answer questions face-to-face.
The brand is integrated across channels to position WK as the region’s thought leader on business advisory and accounting. WK is now established as “your accounting partner” with deep roots in Marlborough and a fresh new website (wk.co.nz).
And what a celebration the brand launch was. We presented the new name, look and feel to the firm’s people in Blenheim. True to our integrated model, we celebrated as partners.
