Calder Stewart approached us to create a brand identity and marketing solution to raise awareness for a unique commercial development aimed at innovation and technology companies.
Originally housing the Steelbro factory, we developed a name and look and feel that drew on its original saw tooth steel frame design.
We then crafted a plan to build awareness of the space and get it tenanted. The campaign highlighted the heritage factor of the space and how it was redefining the feel of commercial spaces. A targeted media plan covered several channels, including relevant commercial real estate publications, together with digital platforms, outdoor advertising and a dedicated website.
