This brand is built on a core idea of two parts working together; a truth that forms the unique nature of the business itself and is reflected through every part of the brand. The concept of two is demonstrated quite literally by two objects coming together to create the brand icon. Layers of duality can be found in it being representative of the two sides of the business working together (the creative and the commercial). This simplified icon creates a lowercase ‘h’ which forms the framework of the wordmark. It also serves a dual purpose as a housing device for imagery and messaging.
The messaging, which brings together both Hierarchy Group’s ethos of ‘making things’ and the extremes of their skill sets, creates a memorable headline structure by pairing short, sharp statements that confidently declare their points of difference to appeal to the right people.
