When Kaha Education came to us, their business was merely a concept that needed a name and a brand built around it.
Kaha Education, as they’re now known, are a leading Ministry of Education provider of professional development specialising in culturally responsive and relational based pedagogy.
Following a change in procurement model, schools are now able to choose their own professional development providers. This gave us an opportunity to really speak clearly and persuasively to our target market about a subject that is still somewhat new to the sector.
Authenticity was important, so we arranged photography of the real facilitators with real New Zealand students, and supported this with earthy colour tones and just a little flavour of Maori cultural symbolism, so as to avoid tokenism.
