The look and feel of the brand was refreshed to connect with the core target audience and key messaging focuses on the practical and feature-based side of owning a TrailLite motorhome or caravan, encapsulated by the key phrase "we’ve thought of everything".


The new look and feel of the brand and changes to the website collectively resulted in a 43% increase in web traffic and customer enquiry over the same period in the previous year, resulting in increased leads and sales.
